Our Commitment to Transparency

At Noulega, we believe that informed choices start with clear, honest information. We are committed to providing clean-label nutritional supplements and being transparent about the ingredients and materials used in our products.

Capsule Materials

Noulega uses bovine (beef) gelatine capsules across its product range.

  • Hard-shell capsules (powder-filled) are made from bovine gelatine and purified water.
  • Softgel capsules (liquid-filled) are also produced exclusively from bovine gelatine.
  • Our capsules do not contain pork-derived ingredients.

All bovine gelatine used is sourced from suppliers certified BSE/TSE-free, meeting international safety and quality standards.

Excipients & Processing Aids

In addition to active ingredients, capsules may contain pharmaceutical-grade excipients that support capsule stability, integrity, and performance. These are used in very small amounts and are standard in supplement manufacturing.

Where applicable, excipients are:

  • Approved for use in dietary supplements
  • Clearly listed on product labels in accordance with regulations

Colourants

Some capsules may contain approved colourants used for identification and consistency. These are used in compliance with applicable safety and quality guidelines.

Vegan & Vegetarian Capsules

At this time, Noulega does not use vegetable or plant-based capsules. Our products are therefore not suitable for vegan or vegetarian diets.

A: Our capsules are made from bovine gelatine sourced from certified suppliers. For specific certification requirements, please contact us.

Q: Why don’t you use vegetable capsules?
A: We prioritise capsule stability, performance, and ingredient compatibility. Gelatine capsules remain the most reliable option for many formulations.
