Shipping policy

 

Although we try our best to get your order delivered to you as quick as possible orders can take from 3-7 working days for delivery depending on the destination. We will deliver your order to your home or office at most locations within the Republic of South Africa. Delivery to locations regarded by the courier company as remote or a security risk you will be alerted and you have an alternative of using Pargo for receiving your order.  
Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be attended to on the first business day thereafter. We deliver between 8AM and 4PM Monday to Friday. Kindly check we have the correct address and ensure you are either at home during delivery hours or that you use your work address. If there is no one around to accept the delivery, the courier company will contact the recipient via telephone so that a new delivery day can be arranged.

Orders Over R800.00:

Orders Under R800.00:
Standard Delivery
  • Delivery Timelines: 2-5 business days
  • Rate: Calculated at checkout. Dependant on location.
We reserve the right to adjust delivery costs on orders over 5 Kilograms (Kg).
Unforeseen circumstances, for example adverse weather, closed roads, strikes etc. could prolong the delivery time. This is rare but it does happen, therefore a 'late' delivery is not grounds for a refund or cancellation of the order. However, if your delivery took time to be delivered, please contact us with your order number so that we can follow up on the matter.
You are not able to change the delivery address yourself once you have already submitted your order. Should you wish to change it you can contact our customer support team on info@noulega.co.za  and we might be able to update this depending on the status of your order.  Should you wish to update your address once it has already been delivered, our team will send over a courier quote and we can arrange to have it sent to your desired address.
